Here are the easy steps to earn your Publix Gift Card(s):

What are the dates for this promotion?

How do you know what items I bought qualify for this program?
Please write a star or an asterisk next to the items that you believe are participating products (remember: Healthy Choice®, Marie Callender’s®, Bertolli®, P.F. Chang’s Home Menu®, Birds Eye®, Birds Eye® Voila®, Evol®, Gardein™, Udi’s®, Mrs. Paul’s®, Banquet®, Kid Cuisine®, Odom’s Tennessee Pride®, Glutino®, Alexia® Premium Vegetable Sides, Hungry-Man® and/or Blake’s® FROZEN products sold at Publix). We will also review other visible monies spent on valid items to be sure they are all included. We know that the products appear in a number of different ways, however, we will also be able to see the amount of the item and the register code associated with the product. We are able to make a determination with this information. If we have any questions about the products you have purchased, we will send an email to you for clarification or provide you with information that will help you to re-submit and qualify.
What purchases do I include and how will you credit me for store specials and store promotions, like Buy One Get One Free offers and temporary markdowns?
Any specials that are discounted at the store, such as Buy One Get One Free promotions and other dollars-off or cents-off promotions in the store will NOT be included in the amount you will be credited for. If there is a Buy One Get One Free special, you may write a star or an asterisk next to one of them and you will receive credit for it. You won’t get credit for the subsequent item because it was free.

If any item is discounted at the store, for instance it may have a temporary markdown, you will be credited for the amount of the item LESS the discount. Please place a star or an asterisk next to the price on the receipt and enter the amount less any discount. We will check your work and credit you for as much as you spent on your purchase.

If you use a coupon on any of the participating items, the coupon amount will not be subtracted from the amount you are claiming.
What needs to be included in the photo image of the receipt?
Please be sure that the following items are included in the image of your unique Publix store cash register receipt:
  • Publix store name

Are you using a correct image type? It must be a file image that is saved as a jpg, png or a PDF file.

If you can’t acquire an image that includes the necessary detail, if your receipt image isn’t clear or if you just prefer to participate another way, you may:

How can I text or email my receipts?
Text the keyword “FROZEN” to 73876 to receive a text message with texting submission instructions. Just follow the instructions to send your receipt (*Data and Msg rates apply). Send one receipt per text message. If your receipt is too long to provide clearly in one image, take multiple images of your receipt and send them together in one MMS message (limit of 5 images per receipt). Please make sure to register your account with your email address before sending submissions via email. Once your registration is completed, simply attach your receipt(s) to an email (saved as a jpg, png, or a PDF file) and send your email to frozenrewardsclub.receiptbank@apfco.com. Limit 5 images per emailed submission.

This email inbox will send an automated reply once your email is received, and you will receive a follow up email indicating the results once your submission has been reviewed.

What happens if I text the keyword FROZEN to 73876?
By texting the keyword “FROZEN” to 73876 from your mobile phone, you will be providing prior written consent to receive a reply text (Click Here for more details).

You will receive a message with opt-out instructions and disclosure for receipt of up to twenty (20) automated text messages to the number provided, along with instructions for Receipt Photo submission. One of the automated text messages will include a link to the registration form to register for the Program via text. Follow the receipt photo instructions received to send your receipt (*Data and Msg rates apply).
What if my receipt is too long to fit into one image?
If your receipt is too long, you can take multiple images of parts of your receipt. When uploading multiple images for one receipt, please include some overlap between images (so the bottom of one image is shown again on the top of the next image) and upload each image in top-to-bottom order. This will allow us to tell that each image belongs to the same receipt.
What if I have two or more receipts and it only lets me upload one image at a time?
That’s okay, just upload your first receipt image and you will be prompted to add additional images. You may complete transactions as many times as you like with unique cash register receipts showing your purchase of Healthy Choice®, Marie Callender’s®, Bertolli®, P.F. Chang’s Home Menu®, Birds Eye®, Birds Eye® Voila®, Evol®, Gardein™, Udi’s®, Mrs. Paul’s®, Banquet®, Kid Cuisine®, Odom’s Tennessee Pride®, Glutino®, Alexia® Premium Vegetable Sides, Hungry-Man® and/or Blake’s® FROZEN products purchased at Publix during the offer period.
May I submit receipts from any retailer?
This program is available exclusively at Publix.
Do I have to make the total purchase in one shopping trip?
You may upload or submit as many receipts as you would like during the program period. We will review each of your submissions and all validated amounts will be added to your account balance. As soon as you qualify for a Publix Gift Card, we will complete the checkout for you. If you have given us your email address, we will send you an email to tell you that the Publix Gift Card is on the way!
How do I check my balance?
You may check your balance at any time you wish. Go to http://www.frozenrewardsclub.com/ to access your account and your history. Please be sure to note your Pending balances, too. New transactions will remain in Pending until we have verified your submission. If you don’t have an account set up yet, just go to the website and follow the easy instructions to create one.

What if I have an account balance discrepancy?
Please remember that new transactions will remain in Pending until we have verified your submission. How do I request my Publix Gift Card?
We will review each of your submissions and all validated purchases that you have made will be added to your account balance. As soon as you qualify for a Publix Gift Card, we will complete the checkout for you. If you have given us your email address, we will send you an email to tell you that it is on the way!
How can I check on the status of my Publix Gift Card mailing?
You may view the status of your Publix Gift Card mailing by visiting conagrafoods.rebateresearch.com or calling us at 888-532-8999 Mon – Friday 9am – 5pm CT. Publix stores do not have access to your account information so please call 888-532-8999, or email us at: Conagra.customerservice@apfco.com for questions on the status of your card mailing.
When will I get my Publix Gift Card?

What do I do if I haven’t received my Publix Gift Card?
Please allow 6 – 8 weeks for delivery. Why can’t I upload the scan of my receipt from my mobile device?
Is the device you are using listed under ‘what type of mobile device may be used’? If not, you will need to access the site through your desktop browser. Are you using a correct image type? The image must be in a jpg, png, or PDF file format.

You must have cookies enabled on the mobile site. Your device's browser must be set to accept cookies. Please check your browser settings before signing in:
  • iPhone: Go to Settings > Safari and verify “Block All Cookies” is turned off
  • Android: Go to Browser's Menu > More > Settings > Privacy > Verify accept cookies is checked
