How do I earn my $10 rewards?
  1. Go to your local Publix store or shop Publix on Instacart from 1/1/2023 – 3/31/2023 and purchase participating products.
  2. Keep your receipts.
  3. Take a picture that includes:
    1. Publix store name, Receipt ID and date/time combination for store register receipts and e-receipts
    2. Publix store name, delivery person’s name and delivery date/time combination for Instacart receipts
    3. The entire receipt from top to bottom (If long, you may fold the receipt to show the participating products or you may take multiple pictures of the same receipt; you will be prompted to upload multiple pictures during the submission process.)
  4. Register for the program and submit receipts. There are three available options to submit receipts. Choose the option that is best for you.
    • Text the keyword FROZEN to 73876 to receive a text message with instructions to submit your receipt by text; you will then get a link to register for the program.
    • Visit www.frozenrewardsclub.com and follow the instructions to upload your receipt.
    • Mail your receipt by downloading this form and following the instructions to mail your receipts and register for the program. Mail-in submissions must be postmarked by 4/30/2023.
  5. Each time you reach $30 in monies spent on valid products, you qualify for a $10 reward. As soon as you qualify for a $10 reward, we will send you an email to tell you that your Frozen Rewards submission is valid. To claim your $10 Publix Gift Card, please login to www.frozenrewardsclub.com and select Redeem Rewards to choose a physical Publix Gift Card (sent by mail) or digital reward (added to your Club Publix Wallet). You must be a Club Publix member to receive a digital reward. Please note, any $10 digital reward earned through the 2023 Frozen Rewards program expires 5/27/2023.
You can earn a maximum of five (5) $10 Publix rewards in this program.
What are the dates for this promotion?
Your purchase receipts must be dated between 1/1/2023 – 3/31/2023. All receipt submissions, whether by mail or online, must be submitted by 4/30/2023. Online submissions must be made by 11:59:59 pm EST on 4/30/2023. Mail-in receipts must be postmarked by 4/30/2023.
How do I submit receipts?
There are three available options to submit receipts. Choose the option that is best for you.
  • Text the keyword FROZEN to 73876 to receive a text message with instructions to submit your receipt by text; you will then get a link to register for the program.
  • Visit www.frozenrewardsclub.com and follow the instructions to upload your receipt.

Can I submit multiple receipts?
You may upload or submit as many receipts as you would like during the program period. We will review each of your submissions and all validated amounts will be added to your balance. As soon as you qualify for a $10 reward, we will send you an email to tell you that your Frozen Rewards submission is valid. To claim your $10 Publix Gift Card, please login to www.frozenrewardsclub.com and select Redeem Rewards to choose a physical Publix Gift Card (sent by mail) or digital reward (added to your Club Publix Wallet). How long does it take to receive my reward?
If you choose to receive your Publix Gift Card by mail, please allow 4 – 6 weeks after your valid submission has been processed for it to arrive. If you select a digital reward, please allow up to 14 days after your valid submission has been processed for it to appear in your Club Publix Wallet.
How do I check my progress to earn rewards?
Click on your Home page or Rewards Balance page when you are logged in on www.frozenrewardsclub.com to see how many rewards you have earned and your progress to the next reward. You can earn a maximum of five rewards. The last day for qualifying purchases is 3/31/2023 and all receipts must be uploaded no later than 11:59 pm EST on 4/30/2023 or postmarked no later than 4/30/2023.

Please remember that new transactions will be pending until we have verified your submission. If you review your pending submissions and you still have concerns about your account balance, please email us at conagra.customerservice@apfco.com
I want a digital reward but I don’t have a Club Publix account.

What if I don’t receive my Publix Gift Card or my digital reward?
Please allow 4 – 6 weeks for delivery of your Publix Gift Card from the date of your confirmation email, and up to 14 business days for your digital reward to appear in your Club Publix Wallet. If you have not received your Publix Gift Card, and the mailing dates suggests it should have arrived, or your digital reward has not been added to your Club Publix Wallet within the stated timeframe, please email conagra.customerservice@apfco.com or call us at 1-844-440-0325, Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm ET and we will assist you. Publix stores do not have access to your information or your reward status in the Frozen Rewards program.
Is this offer online only?
You may mail in your receipt(s). Download and complete this form and send it to the address below. Please allow up to two weeks for mailed submissions. Your status will be updated within two business days, once received. Mail-in submissions must be postmarked by 4/30/2023.

Do Buy One Get One Free offers and store specials qualify for this offer?
Any specials that are discounted at the store, such as Buy One Get One Free promotions, and other dollars-off or cents-off promotions in the store or offered online, will NOT be included in the amount you will be credited for. If there is a Buy One Get One Free special, you may write a star or an asterisk next to one of them and you will receive credit for it. You won’t get credit for the subsequent item because it was free.

If you use a coupon on any of the participating items, the coupon amount will not be subtracted from the amount you are claiming.
Is there a text option to submit receipts for this offer?
By texting the keyword "FROZEN" to 73876 from your mobile phone, you will be providing prior written consent to receive a reply text. See Terms and Conditions for more details.

You will receive a message with opt-out instructions and disclosure for receipt of up to eight (8) automated text messages to the number provided, along with instructions for receipt photo submission. One of the automated text messages will include a link to the registration form to register for the program via text. Follow the receipt photo instructions received to send your receipt (*Data and Msg rates apply).
What if my receipt is too long to fit into one image?
If your receipt is too long, you can fold it to show the date and products purchased. You also may take multiple images of the parts of your receipt. You will be able to upload multiple images during the online submission process.
Can I upload more than one receipt at a time?
To ensure accuracy in processing your purchases, please submit only one receipt at a time.
May I submit receipts from any retailer?
This program is available exclusively at Publix.

Why do you need my email address?
If you have opted in to receive product information or other promotional information from Conagra Brands® at Publix, then we may contact you from time to time. If you have opted in to participate in this program, then we will send you periodic emails regarding this program. You may opt out of receiving emails at any time by clicking on unsubscribe in your email. Conagra Brands® (the “Sponsor”) will not share your personal information with others except with promotional partner Publix as necessary to conduct the program, and with third parties that are retained by Sponsor to manage and fulfill this program.
How do I upload the scan/image of my receipt from my mobile device?
Is the device you are using listed under “What devices can I use to access the mobile site?” If not, you will need to access the site through your desktop browser. Are you using a correct image type? The image must be in a jpg, png, or PDF file format.

You must have cookies enabled on the mobile site. Your device's browser must be set to accept cookies. Please check your browser settings before signing in:
  • iPhone: Go to Settings > Safari and verify “Block All Cookies” is turned off
  • Android: Go to Browser's Menu > More > Settings > Privacy > Verify accept cookies is checked
  • Other: See your device's browser settings
I’ve accessed the mobile site, but the system is not responding.
Check to see if you can access other URLs. If not, you may be out of the area covered by your carrier. If you can access other URLs, there may be a temporary problem with the site. Try again later. What devices can I use to access the mobile site?
You can view the mobile site from any handheld device that has an internet browser and internet access capability. This data access may cost extra through your mobile phone provider. The mobile site supports the following devices and their default browsers:
